What is the return policy?
- Returns accepted within 14 days if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described
- Custom orders (engraved, resized, or made-to-order) are non-refundable due to production labour
- Contact us before returning any item. Items returned without approval may not be eligible
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty
MATERIALS & WHY MOISSANITE HITS DIFFERENT
- Most of our jewelry is made from solid 925 sterling silver and set with VVS Moissanite diamonds that pass diamond testers — giving you maximum shine without the high diamond price.
- We also offer select brass and CZ (cubic zirconia) pieces, clearly labeled as prop jewelry for those who want the look without the cost.
- Unless noted otherwise, all Trap Ice products are made from precious metals and real moissanite stones.
When will I get my order?
